Research fellow since 2023, contributing as a Technical Project Manager to Spoke 1 of the PNC DARE project - Digital Lifelong Prevention. Her main research interests have focused on biomedical signal processing and co-designing technologies for prevention in elderly subjects.
Education
She obtained a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Bologna in 2019.
Career
Hired as an intern and later as a researcher in July 2019 by the IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital, at the Advanced Technologies Center for Health and Well-Being, where she conducted research activities on wearable devices, movement analysis, mechanocardiography, and co-designing systems integrating apps and sensors to promote the health and autonomy of elderly subjects. Since 2022, she has become Project Manager of a Horizon 2020 project on urban air mobility, performing the role of Work Package leader in coordinating activities across five European Living Labs. In May 2023, she successfully demonstrated complex use-case scenarios of automated aerial systems in transportation and monitoring services within the urban hospital environment.
Since June 2023, she has been a research fellow at Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, where she contributes to the management of Spoke 1 of the PNC DARE project - Digital Lifelong Prevention. In this context, she utilizes "agile" project management methods (eXtreme Project Management) under the guidance of Prof. Marco Viceconti (Spoke 1 leader) for managing technological research projects that cut across the entire Initiative.
