Sara De Silvestri

Sara De Silvestri earned her Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Bologna in 2019. She conducted research activity on the processing of biosignals and co-designing technologies for the healthy and independent living of people over 65 at the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele (Milan, Italy). Since 2021, she has been working in the management of research and innovation projects, utilizing both traditional Project Management (PM) and agile methodologies. Since 2023, she has been a research fellow at the University of Bologna, serving as the project manager of Spoke 1 within the PNC project DARE, where she employs agile PM methods for managing technological research projects cross-cutting throughout the whole Initiative.
