  • Dissertation: Are we eating too much Nutella? The global supply chain of hazelnuts and its implication in Central Italy (11,000 words)

    This research analyses the global supply chain of hazelnuts and what is the role of Italy in it; also, it focuses on how the increase in hazelnut's global demand is impacting the socioeconomic system of Viterbo in Central Italy. The results of this study are based on an in-depth literature review and interviews with local key stakeholders, especially farmers and experts in the hazelnut sector.
