Sara Del Magno

Research fellow senior (type B) at the University of Bologna since March 2021, before research fellow junior (type A) from March 2016 until February 2021. The main research topic is small animal surgery. Since March 2018 she started an alternate Residency in Small Animal Surgery at the University of Turin and Utrecht, The Netherlands and obtain the Diploma of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2023. Among others, the main interest is soft tissue surgery, neurosurgery and in particular the surgery of the vertebral column and of the pituitary gland. Moreover she takes an active part in the in the clinical and surgical activity of the University Veterinary Hospital of the DIMEVET, Alma Mater Studiorum, as soft-tissue, orthopaedic and neuro- surgeon.
