Adjunct Professor for the degree in Anthropology and for the Master's degree in Language, Society and Communication, of which she is also Tutor for Internationalization.
From 2015 to 2020 she taught at the Dante Alighieri Society (Comité Mexico City), at the Florence Academy of Art (Mexico City) and at the Conservatorio Nacional de Música in Mexico.
Her expertise in social and international cooperation covers areas such as social and mental suffering and migration. She has supervised projects for NGOs in Italy and abroad, collaborating with the Italian-Latin American International Organization and the United Nations Information Center for UN Mexico, Cuba and the Dominican Republic.
She is pursuing a PhD at the University of Mons (Belgium) with a research focus on educational language policies in Colombia and their impact on indigenous and Afro-descendent communities.
She is a member of the Hispanic Studies Association of Southern Africa (AHSA) and of the Global Association for the Promotion of Swahili - Chama cha Ukuzaji wa Kiswahili Duniani (CHAUKIDU).
