Or Rosenboim is a historian of international and global thought in the 20th century.
She earned a PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge, a Master's in Global and Imperial History from the University of Oxford (distinction), and a BA (with honors) in Contemporary History from the University of Bologna.
Before joining the University of Bologna in 2023, she served as Senior Lecturer in Modern History and Director of the Centre for Modern History at City, University of London (2017–2023). Previously, she was a Junior Research Fellow at Queens' College, Cambridge, and a Teaching Associate at the Centre for Gender Studies at the University of Cambridge (2014–2017).
She has held fellowships at the European University Institute in Florence, the University of California, Los Angeles, the University of Chicago, Sciences Po in Paris, and LUISS in Rome.
