esearch Fellow at the University of Bologna since 2024, conducts research in the field of organic chemistry and photocatalysis. His research interests are particularly focused on the application of radical and photocatalytic transformations for the production of industrially valuable chemical compounds. The optimization of these processes aims at synthesizing products in a more sustainable and green manner, in line with the Green Deal.
Education Graduated in Organic Chemistry in 2020 from the University of Rome La Sapienza, he obtained his PhD (MSCA) in Chemical Sciences: Molecular, Material, Instrumental, and Biosystems in 2024 from Université Paris-Saclay. He worked in the research group of Geraldine Masson and completed a visiting period in the group of Timothy Noel at the University of Amsterdam.
Scientific Activities He participated in an international ITN called PhotoReact, which involved several groups at the European level. This project focuses on the theme of photocatalysis and organic transformations. It led to the development of several works published in scientific journals, as well as the organization of various international meetings.
