Improving Jason

1) adding networks to Jason (http://graphstream-project.org/) for example by a) implementing a social network communication in the SocAcc, but also b) allowing agents to reason about adding and deleting friends (facebook-net). But that's not the only place where a network structure could be interesting. What about creating a network between beliefs? It could have different semantics, reinforcing belief strength or defeating beliefs (an argumentation-net a' la Paolo Torroni).

2) library for norms: adding a norm object that should be checked before activating a goal? Adding a norm recognizer? Reference: http://drops.dagstuhl.de/opus/volltexte/dfu-complete/dfu-vol4-complete.pdf (it is a whole book, focus only on the definition of norms there)
