Summer sessions A.Y. 2024/2025 of the Transnational and international civil litigation exam - Important information
Course attendance is compulsory.
The course is held in the first semester only.
It is necessary to take the written exam before taking the oral exam.
For students who do not take the exam in the winter session (see notice on this site in "NEWS"), please send me an email (mariagiulia.canella@unibo.it) AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE THE ORAL EXAMINATION DATE so that I can publish the written exam papers in good time.
Students who need to check the suitability of their attendance are requested to contact "Legal studies" course secretariat (legs@unbo.it) in advance, so that the necessary investigations can be carried out and any necessary clearance notified.
The titles of the written examination (see the website for examination procedures) will be published on the course's ‘Virtuale’ platform only in this case.
In the absence of such communications, no titles will be published and it will not be possible to validly take the oral examination.

Students who still meet the attendance requirements for this academic year are requested to send me an email (mariagiulia.canella@unibo.it) AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE ORAL EXAMINATION .
