Her researches focuses on the field of enforcement, in its various forms, also on a comparative level, as well as on the connection between contract and trial.
She also investigates the link between jurisdiction and arbitration, between public power and private self-government, both at national and supranational level.
She contributes to the Rivista trimestrale di diritto e procedura civile and is the author of numerous publications.
He is coordinator for the IUS 15 area (civil procedural law) of the 'E. Redenti' School of Specialisation in Legal Professions.
