Short Bio

Marco Cadavero, currently a PhD student at the Department of Educational Sciences 'Giovanni Maria Bertin' of the University of Bologna, graduated with honours in Pedagogy and Educational and Training Sciences at the University of Rome 'La Sapienza'. He is an expert in educational intervention in autistic spectrum conditions from early childhood to adulthood. His doctoral research, funded by a PNRR grant, focuses on the creation of a framework for Universal Design for Working (UDW).

In addition to his PhD, Cadavero is involved in the educational coordination of CuoreMenteLab Impresa Sociale, a clinical centre specialising in cognitive-affective education for neurodivergent people. He is also president and founder of the association 'FuturAbilMente APS', dedicated to supporting people with disabilities and their families in guaranteeing their fundamental rights. He has published articles and translated texts on topics such as neurodiversity pedagogy, executive functions and 'camouflage' in neurodivergent people, and participates as a speaker in various conferences and seminars on autism.
