  • Nov 2023 - On going: Industrial PhD Student in Food Science and Biotechnology at the University of Bologna in a partnership with the company "Fresco Senso" part of the cooperative "Agribologna". Doctoral project: "Development and optimization of new processing and packaging technologies for fresh-cut fruit".
  • Oct 2020 - Mar 2023: MsC in Food Science and Technology at the University of Bologna with a grade of 110L/110. Thesis title" "Effects of high hydrostatic pressure and antioxidant blends on lipid oxidation of Tenebrio molitor paste".
  • Sept 2017 - Nov 2020: BSc in Food Technology at the University of Florence with a grade of 105/110. Thesis title: "Modified atmosphere packaging and its application on par-baked breads".
