Curriculum vitae

Researcher at the University of Bologna since 2024, he conducts his research in the field of biomechanical engineering. His research interests focus on structural simulation using finite element methods, the development of musculoskeletal models, and the application of computational methods to biomechanical analysis. He is currently focusing on the development of models for estimating the primary stability of hip prostheses using High Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructures.

Education
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Bologna in 2021, he obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialisation in Biomechanics in 2024. His thesis focused on the variability of muscle control based on electromyographic (EMG) data.

Scientific activity
He has worked on research projects in the field of biomechanics and numerical simulation, using software such as OpenSim, MatLab and CAD tools. He has experience in the automation of simulation processes and in musculoskeletal modelling.
