Elena Brigi

Architect, PhD in Product and Communication Design (IUAV Venice), since 1 July 2023 she has been part of the structured staff of the University of the Republic of San Marino as a fixed-term Researcher. In the same year she was appointed vice director of the Three-year Degree Course in Design.

At the same University she has taught, since 2015, History of Design, LT Course in Design and, since 2024, Design Criticism, LM Course in Interaction and Experience Design.

Since 2015 she has been a teacher of the Design Methodology module, Integrated Industrial Design Laboratory II, Three-year Degree Course in Industrial Product Design at the University of Bologna.

She combines her research activity with her freelance profession, dealing with interior design and installations for exhibitions and museums. She has collaborated with Dino Gavina and the companies Simon International and Simongavina Paradisoterrestre; her work has ranged from issues related to industrial production to aspects relating to the sale and display of products.

Since 2013 he has collaborated with Cassina Spa as a consultant for the Cassina-Simon collection.
