Busra Oktar

Specialist Dietitian Büşra Oktar, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Gazi University in Turkey in 2020. She then completed a Master’s degree in Food Safety and Food Risk Management at Parma University in Italy and graduated in 2023. Since November 2023, she has been a PhD student at the University of Bologna, Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences and Technologies.
