Specialist Dietitian Büşra Oktar, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Gazi University in Turkey in 2020. She then completed a Master’s degree in Food Safety and Food Risk Management at Parma University in Italy and graduated in 2023. Since November 2023, she has been a PhD student at the University of Bologna, Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences and Technologies. Her research focuses on emerging processing techniques and technologies for the sustainable production of innovative foods.
