Professional experience

Specialised in archiving systems and document and library management. Many years of experience in public and private facilities, research institutes and universities. Management of organisational units, also delocalised, in particular at the Inland Revenue. Mastery of the organisational and management processes related to the design and implementation of a complex archival, IT and logistics infrastructure dedicated to the management, storage and sorting of paper documents in electronic mode of the central and peripheral structures of the Revenue Agency, with the implementation of the Document Management Centre. Training and coaching of the staff involved. Designing guidelines and manuals. Workload planning and staff management. Conducting selection and teaching processes.
