Since 2024, she has been a consultant and lecturer in a project funded by the Ministry of University and Research, with PRIN funds, to promote a culture of mediation in universities in line with the objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Since A.Y. 2022/2023, she has collaborated as an invited lecturer for a total of nine hours in the seminar "Learning Negotiation and Conflict Mediation Techniques: A Workshop-Based Approach", held at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum).

From A.Y. 2012/2013 to A.Y. 2021/2022, she collaborated regularly with the Department of Legal Sciences at Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, within the seminar "Techniques and Skills in Negotiation and Advocacy Mediation". She delivered all lessons on the techniques of these procedures (9 out of 15 total hours of the seminar, in addition to the final evaluation). Her research interests include innovation in mediation education, regulatory frameworks, and mediation and negotiation techniques, including a comparative perspective applied to various fields: sports, social, organizational, corporate, civil, and commercial mediation, and advocacy mediation. She has published extensively on these topics in Italy and Spain.

She began her career as a lawyer and mediator in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she directed the first public social mediation service (1994) and was a pioneer in civil and commercial mediation (registered in 1995 in the official list of mediators authorized by the Ministry of Justice of the City of Buenos Aires).

Since 1989, she has been registered with the Buenos Aires Bar Association, and since 2009, she has also been a member of the Bologna Bar Association. She obtained her lawyer qualification after passing the State Exam before the Italian National Bar Council (CNF). Her professional practice focuses on professional liability, inheritance law, asset division, generational business transition, and contract law.

In 1996, she co-founded and became Scientific Director of Associazione Equilibrio & R.C., the first Italian organization exclusively dedicated to mediation in various areas, which has now accumulated over 29 years of continuous experience.

She served as an international mediator for several years at the Milan Arbitration Chamber’s Conciliation Service and was a Scientific Committee member at the Milan Chamber of Commerce for commercial mediation services.

In Argentina, Mexico, Switzerland, and Italy, she has trained over 10,000 mediators from various professional backgrounds (lawyers, accountants, engineers, architects, doctors, surveyors). She has also participated in judicial mediation training programs in Italy and Mexico.

She has been a lecturer in commercial mediation at the UPF Barcelona School of Management (Pompeu Fabra University) and other Spanish universities and Bar Associations (including Valencia, Elche, Palma de Mallorca, Alicante, Castelló, among others).
