Yaldasadat Yarandi

Yalda Yarandi is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Bologna. Her research focuses on condition monitoring and control of wave energy converters using artificial intelligence algorithms as part of her PhD program entitled "Mechanics and Advanced Engineering Sciences (DIMSAI)". She works on applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to improve the reliability and efficiency of systems like induction generators and magnetic gears. Her studies specifically target fault diagnosis and prognosis to predict and prevent failures in these systems, aiming to enhance the performance of renewable energy technologies.
