Veronica is a PhD Student in Agricultural, Environmental and Food Science and Technology. She got her master’s degree in 2020 and she currently works on valorization and conversion of agricultural wastes. Her passion for the field derives from a general interest in nature, environmental issues, and biodiversity preservation. She is focused on supporting agriculture facing climate changes throughout an appropriate management of wastes and the improvement of renewable resources. Her research topic includes circular economy, the evaluation of new bioactive molecules and the use of microorganism for bioconversion processes.
