Short Bio

I am a PhD student in the XL cycle of the course of Languages, Literatures, and Modern Cultures: Diversity and Inclusion, curriculum Women's and Gender Studies (EDGES).

I graduated in Literature, with a focus on the Literary Culture of the Modern and Contemporary Age, at the University of Bari Aldo Moro in 2016. I earned a Master's degree with honors in International Studies at the University of Naples "L'Orientale" in 2019. The following year, I completed with honors the "Maria Rita Saulle" second-level Master's degree in International Protection of Human Rights at Sapienza University of Rome. Additionally, I completed an advanced training course at the same institution on the Role of Women in Peace Processes and Conflict Mediation for the Protection of Human Rights.

My research focuses on the concepts of vulnerability, disability, and trauma in female and feminist representation, specifically examining authors from the first half of the 20th century. It operates at the intersection of cultural studies, disability studies, and feminist studies.
