Thayssa Bohadana Martins

Thayssa is a PhD candidate within the International Joint Doctorate in Law, Science, and Technology at the University of Bologna and Universidad Autònoma de Barcelona. She is also a member of the Legal Blockchain Lab at the University of Bologna.

Her areas of interest in study are regulation of Blockchain and tokenization. The applicability of Intellectual Property Law to Non-Fungible tokens is the main topic of Thayssa's research.
