Teresa Nicolosi

Graduated in Archaeology with Double Master at the University of Warsaw and Master in Physical Anthropology at the University of Bologna, Teresa is currently PhD student in Cultural and Environmental Heritage. Interested in funerary archaeology and bioarchaeology, her research project focuses on biological and cultural differences between Neo-Eneolithic human groups.

She worked as research fellow for the UNAEuropa alliance, along with the UNIBO Self Steering Committee on Cultural Heritage. Her interests also encompass the study and management of anthropological collections and Dissonant Heritage.

Since 2023 she is involved in fieldwork in the UAE as anthropology consultant for the Italian Archaeological Mission in Umm al-Quwain (IAMUQ).
