Development of modern systematic concepts for a sustainable and ethical intensification of agrifood chains (animal and plant products) in agreement to circular bioeconomy ideas. This project focuses on optimizing agri-food supply chains by improving the planning, production, and delivery of food products through sustainable practices. A key priority is reducing environmental impact by developing strategies to minimize waste and enhance sustainability. Additionally, it aims to repurpose by-products and waste from farms and food processing to promote more efficient resource use and better environmental protection.
