Stefania Marzocchi

Stefania Marzocchi deals with the design, management and evaluation of technical assistance and international cooperation projects with a focus on library management and the development of tools and services to support researchers' activities. In recent years, her interests have focused on operational excellence in libraries as a means of improving the quality of work and workplace relationships.

Since November 2024 Stefania has been pursuing a PhD in CULTURAL HERITAGE IN THE DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM at the University of Bologna with the aim of developing an operational excellence model for the digital context of a scientific library within a research institution.
