Simone Donati is Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Adjunct Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology. Since 2009, he has been involved in research and teaching activities in the field of work, personnel and organisational psychology, paying particular attention and energy to advanced and compelling topics in the work context, such as leadership and teamwork in hybrid work contexts, organisational change management in public companies and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the face of digitization of processes and/or demographic challenges in labour markets (i.e. aging, migration, etc.). He works as a senior HR specialist, consultant and trainer, supporting public and private Italian companies in the development of methods and tools related to HRM practices and organizational development interventions. He's currently collaborating in important national and international research projects on the development of high quality agile/remote work arrangements and on the use of remote forms of work and their wider implications for individuals' living and working conditions, companies and organisational/managerial models.
