As a postdoctoral research fellow at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, I bring a dedicated approach to environmental science, drawing from my doctoral background in Earthquake and Environmental Hazards from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' di Chieti. My research is rooted in water sciences, with a particular focus on investigating potentially toxic elements in ground and surface water systems. Through my scientific work, I have contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications that explore critical aspects of water contamination, ecosystem health, and environmental risk assessment and remediation strategies. My current research projects are centered on enhancing coastal ecosystem resilience to climate change, reflecting my commitment to understanding and addressing complex environmental challenges. By combining rigorous scientific methodologies with a genuine concern for environmental sustainability and public health, I strive to generate meaningful insights that can inform better environmental management and protection strategies.
