Doctoral student in Catalysis for Renewable and Innovative Process “Care in Process” research group for the project entitled "Heterogeneously catalyzed selective oxidation processes for the production of fine chemicals", in collaboration with International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. - Benicarló S.L. 

Previous works involve:

1. The synthesis of heterogeneous catalysts and optimization of reaction processes for the complete valorization of second generation lignocellulosic biomasses into high-value chemicals as a research fellow for Project ENCAPSULATE at the Department of Industrial Chemistry "Toso Montanari" - University of Bologna, and
2. Master thesis student on the analytical characterization of lignocellulosic biomasses for the Reductive Catalytic Fractionation - Aqueous Phase Reforming coupled process, at ENI S.p.A - Renewable, New Energies and Material Science Research Center of Novara, as part of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master "Advanced Spectroscopy in Chemistry" programme.
