Richa Gaavar

I am a fourth-year PhD candidate in the Department of Management at the University of Bologna. I have completed my Bachelors in Commerce (Hons.) from University of Delhi (India), Master in Commerce from Panjab University, Chandigarh (India) and a Master of Research in Management Sciences from ESADE Business School (Barcelona, Spain). I have been a visiting PhD candidate at Grenoble Ecole de Management in France. My research interests are aimed at exploring the manner in which gender & class intersect to affect the experiences of working women in flexible work arrangements.
