I am a Post-Doc Research Fellow at the Department of Political and Social Sciences, University of Bologna, where I am working on the PRIN ALMADIA project - Active Labour Market Policies and Street-Level Bureaucracy: Discretion in Action. I obtained a PhD in Sociology and Social Research at the University of Bologna with a research on Labour Inspectors’ discretionary power in Italy and The Netherlands. My research focus on street-level bureaucracy, public policy implementation, welfare services, organizational analysis and gender (in)equalities, privileging qualitative methodologies (ethnography, semi-structured interviews, vignette method, focus group). I am an adjunct professor in Organisation of Social and Health Services at the University of Ferrara and in Reading Data and Writing Reports at the University of Bologna.
