Research Fellow
Since March 2024, he has been a Research Fellow at the University of Bologna, researching ecosystem for sustainable transition in the Emilia-Romagna region. His current research theme is "Sustainable production and consumption patterns and environmental policy design."

Academic Career
From 2022 to 2023, he served as a Senior Research Fellow at the European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights, where his research focused on trade relations and global value chains. Prior to this, he was a Tutor at Roma Tre University, teaching a course in Economic Policies from March 2020 to March 2021.
In March 2021, he was a visiting researcher at the University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where his research focused on customs unions and global value chains in the SADC countries.
