My research focusses currently on the following themes: Populism and law; The sociology of constitutions; Constitutional politics; Transnational movements, politics, law; Constitutional democracy and civic participation; Deliberative constitutionalism; Social imaginaries, political imaginaries, constitutional imaginaries.
I am a member of the research centre Centro Internazionale di Documentazione e Studi Sociologici sui Problemi del Lavoro (C.I.Do.S.Pe.L.).
