Ngoc An Nguyen obtained dual M.Sc. degrees in Transport Planning and Traffic Engineering from Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany) and Vietnamese-German University (Vietnam). He has over 10 years of experiences working on various transport development and research projects in Vietnam and other South East Asia cities in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Laos and Cambodia. His working interest focuses on sustainable mobility planning and transport simulations.
He started as PhD candidate in Intelligent Mobility at Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna since 2022 and his research topic focuses on the development of activity-based demand generation for the large-scale microscopic traffic simulation.
