Mila Cappello, architect since 2011, gained experience in a studio specialized in the creation of architectural models. From 2002 to 2008 she was a tutor for the Modeling Laboratory and from 2009 to 2010 she was also a tutor for the Design Laboratory I of the "Aldo" Faculty of Architecture. Rossi".
After graduating, you continued your career as an architect, covering not only the role of designer collaborator but also that of model maker; first for an international architecture studio and then for her own studio where she still continues to use the model as a design and communication tool.
The experimentation of different techniques, the combination of different materials applied to the creation of complex objects, as well as the use of manual equipment and automated machinery, have always been the object of interest in her studies and in her creations.
Since 2023 you have been a contract professor at the University of Bologna for the Modeling II course.
