Acute Myocardial Infarction
My research on acute myocardial infarction focuses on understanding its pathophysiological mechanisms, improving diagnostic accuracy, and developing more effective therapeutic strategies to enhance patient outcomes. I am particularly interested in the early detection of myocardial ischemia, the role of inflammation and metabolic factors in infarct progression, and the impact of novel pharmacological and interventional treatments. Additionally, I investigate long-term prognostic factors and risk stratification tools to optimize post-infarction management and improve personalized treatment approaches.

Cardiovascular Imaging
My research in cardiovascular imaging focuses on advanced diagnostic techniques for ischemic heart disease, myocardial viability, and structural cardiac disorders. I specifically concentrate on cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) and echocardiography to improve diagnostic accuracy and the characterization of various cardiac conditions.
