- Present in class halfway a brief paper on a theme (end of march, TBD) revolving around the Baumol/Bowen paper OR Economic evaluation of public goods OR Human development
- Present in class at the end of may a paper on a theme of your choice (ppt slides or whatever, focus on originality of research, case studies or empirical evidence, literature survey)
THE PRESENTATION IN CLASS AND THE SLIDES ARE SUFFICIENT IN BOTH CASES, DONT NEED TO PRODUCE A REAL PAPER
