In 2016, I obtained a master's degree in Languages for business and international cooperation at the "G. D'Annunzio" in Pescara with a thesis entitled" Graffiti writing in China: Kwanyin Clan and ABS crew compared".
From 2021 to 2024, I was a PhD student at the Department of Interpretation and Translation of the University of Bologna (Forlì campus), where I carried out a research entitled "New forms of calligraphy in the performing arts of contemporary China" within the project ERC Starting Grant 2020-2025, directed by Adriana Iezzi entitled “WRITE: New Forms of Calligraphy in China: A Contemporary Culture Mirror” (GA n. 949645). Since November 2024, I have continued to collaborate with the WRITE project with a research fellowship entitled “New Forms of Calligraphy in China: A Focus on Decorative and Applied Arts”.
