Hello,
My name is Mario Guida, born on 02/24/1999 in Sarno (SA). In 2021, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in "Food Technology" from the University of Naples Federico II, and in 2024, I completed my Master's degree in "Food Science and Technology" at the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum), with my thesis conducted at Wageningen University. Both my Bachelor’s and Master’s theses focused on instrumental food analysis, particularly chromatographic and spectrometric techniques.
I am currently a Ph.D. student within the "Food Chemistry, Sensory, and Instrumental Analysis" research group at the University of Bologna.
