Margherita Carpani

Doctoral Student in Law, Science and Technology (LAST-JD) since November 2022, graduated in Law at Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna. Her research "Research Infrastructures' management and ELSI issues in the Open Data Era" focuses on the ethical-legal aspects of sharing data according to open science principles. In particular, her research deepens the sharing of sensitive data made available by important research infrastructures such as biobanks.
