Career and Activities:
Marco Bellini is a research fellow in History of Science and Techniques (M-STO/05) within the FARE project The Western AlchemEast: Graeco-Arabic Alchemy in Early Modern Europe.
He is currently also a lecturer in papyrology (L-ANT/05) at DISCI.
He participated as a PhD student in the ERC project AlchemEast (P.I. Matteo Martelli, https://www.unibo.it/en/research/projects-and-initiatives/research-projects-horizon-2020/586/685/8734).
In 2022 he was a Visiting Fellow at the Centre de recherches sur la pensée antique Léon Robin (UMR 8061 : CNRS - Univ. Paris-Sorbonne).

Since 2019 he has been member of Centro Studi OFFISS - Officina di storia delle scienze.
Since 2024, he has been managing editor of the journal Aldrovandiana. Historical Studies in Natural History.
