The Department of Legal Studies provides legal assistance to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Ukraine v. Russia case before the International Court of Justice

The Declaration has been drafted with the assistance of a group of Legal experts coordinated by Prof Michele Caianiello and Prof Attila Tanzi, and composed of Dr Ludovica Chiussi Curzi, Dr Gian Maria Farnelli and Dr Giulia Lasagni.
