2) Study of natural antioxidants and and their eeficacy in trapping peroxyl radical in biomimetic models. Possible aaplication s in Cosmetic science as angi-aging actives or in Food Science as natural preservatives.
3) Rational design and syntheis of novel antioxidants and of novel tyrosinase enzyme inhibitors
4) Projects of interest to the cosmetics industry developed in collaboration with the industries themselves. The thesis is carried out entirely in the company on topics agreed with the company itself, which can therefore be different (from the formulation, to the evaluation of effectiveness, from quality control to process optimization).
