Organizations engarged in projects produce a large amount of knowledge and Lessons Learned are an important process to collect this knowledge, in a systematic fashion. The process often present some flaw and its execution could be muddlesome, with poor outcomes. Culture of the organization plays and important role in capturing knowledge. In this article is used the well known approach of Edgar Schein to appraise culture, in order to evaluate how to implement Lessons Learned succesfully.
