My research focuses on Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence methodology and application.

Projects I've worked on include:

- particle flow using Deep Learning methods for point clouds
- supporting clinical decisions for liver transplant through AI
- transition from human-based to AI-assisted detection and counting of neuronal cells in fluorescent microscopy images;
- supporting the management of large computing infrastructures with NLP tools for topic modelling;
- formulation of classical models into their quantum counterparts.

Also interested in Self-Supervised Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
