Linda Sermasi

Linda Sermasi is a PhD student in materials engineering with the department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental and Materials Engineering (DICAM), University of Bologna, Italy.

Her research project is titled “New materials and technologies for the conservation of fair-faced heritage reinforced concrete” and she is supervised by Prof. Elisa Franzoni. The main subjects of my studies are 20^th century mortars and concretes, which were often used in buildings and monuments as artistic materials with expressive value.
