Since 2007 he has been co-referent for the design and development of the traceability program included in the U.O.C. of Pathological Anatomy of Rimini (within the Armonia di Dedalus management system) and IT co-referent.
Co-referent of the O.U. for clinical risk management.
Responsible for the entry of incidents that occurred in the Incident Reporting system on the Company management system Log 80.
He constantly plans and activates internal clinical audits and together with the manager in charge of the External Audits O.U. .
It deals with the management of internal errors with careful monitoring of errors by implementing a path of traceability of samples with the help of the information system.
Monitoring and production of statistical reports that will be analyzed collectively (internal errors), sending reports to the related services (external errors).
It verifies the maintenance of the standards achieved and implements corrective actions for the organization of cyto/histopathology laboratories, especially in critical conditions (human, instrumental, logistical resources, etc.)
Since 2010 she has been collaborating with the cervical cancer screening center of the Cancer Prevention, supporting midwives and their coordinators in the IT transition to the new management system (Log 80), organizing courses, simplifying user manuals and L.G. on how to pack, transport for a safe path of preparation, acceptance and sending of Pap Smears, by setting up shared registers with clear instructions regarding the responsibilities of the actors involved. Monitoring also of the sending of reports to allow a response within the time objectives indicated by the Budget.

Since 2012/2013 he has been collaborating with the Secondary Transport Service (STS) and the Company Prevention and Protection Service (SPPA) for the dissemination of the legislation concerning all operators involved in transport both within the Rimini O.P. and between the P.O. of the Rimini area. In order to safeguard the safety of the operators, the result for the patient and the privacy of the patients, we proceeded with the issuance of I.O. shared between the Services involved and the accompanying registers of the samples in the context of activating a system of traceability of samples/cytological/histological reports.
2013, launched the Project for the reduction of formalin in Pathological Anatomy and in Operating Theatres (objective budget sheet 2013) involving the Clinical Engineering Service, SPPA, Environmental Hygiene Service.
