He earned his master’s degree from the University of Malaysia Pahang and has over 20 years of professional experience. He has served as a senior lecturer at Bamiyan University in Afghanistan, an education officer for Save the Children Sweden-Norway in Afghanistan, a research fellow at the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) in Trieste, Italy, and a visiting scholar at risk at the University of Milan. He also worked as a research fellow at the University of Bologna. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in the Department of Statistical Sciences "Paolo Fortunati" at the University of Bologna.
He has a strong passion for statistical methods and modeling, which drives his commitment to advancing research in quantitative fields. His current research focuses on “Estimating the impact of interventions to combat educational poverty and promote cultural activities through quasi-experimental methods." This work aims to provide robust, data-driven insights into how targeted initiatives can improve access to education and cultural opportunities, leveraging advanced statistical techniques to evaluate their effectiveness and inform policy development.

Academic career
After several years of teaching staff (2005 to 2021) at Bamyan University in Bamyan-Afghanistan, from 2005 on, I was an assistant professor in the subject area statistics and probability at different departments of Bamyan University. He obtained the National Scientific Qualification as a senior lecturer in September 2018.
Teaching activities
Since 2005, continuous teaching activities have held various courses (e.g., descriptive statistics and probability) in the 1st and 2nd semesters for degree programs at Bayan University.
Key trainer of pedagogical concepts for Bamyan University lecturers (2008-2010).
Teaching the descriptive statistics for high school teachers in preservice.
He organizes and coordinates in-depth seminars and workshops on his own disciplines.
