Greta Mazzetti

Psychologist and Associate Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology, her main research interests include career management (career competencies, employability, perceived job insecurity, work values, and meanings) and work-related well-being (work engagement, burnout, workaholism), as well as the development and application of the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT). She is also interested in exploring the role of personal and job resources as predictors of workplace well-being. Her publications include articles in prominent journals such as European Journal of Psychological Assessment, Work & Stress, Organizational Psychology Review, Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, International Journal of Stress Management, Journal of Career Development, Career Development International, and Journal of Managerial Psychology. She has participated in several European projects (Erasmus Plus, HORIZON 2020, HORIZON EUROPE) focusing on psychological well-being in educational and work setting, as well as occupational safety.
