Psychologist and Associate Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology, her main research interests include career management (career competencies, employability, perceived job insecurity, work values, and meanings) and work-related well-being (work engagement, burnout, workaholism), as well as the development and application of the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT). She is also interested in exploring the role of personal and job resources as predictors of workplace well-being. Her publications include articles in prominent journals such as
