Carries out research in the field of Animal Production and Food Safety, with particular interest in innovative technologies for the production of food intended for human consumption (dry-aging and dry-curing of fishery products).

Doctor in Veterinary Medicine since November 2021, specialised in Inspection of Food of Animal Origin since July 2024.
