Research fellow at the Department of Education "Giovanni Maria Bertin". Her main research topics include the well-being of workers, with a focus on stress assessment and management. In particular, over the years she has focused on interventions to promote well-being and stress management in workers and university students, mediated by technology (e.g. smartphone and web-based interventions, virtual reality interventions). Another research topic concerns the job placement of people with disabilities.
