My research activity, conducted within the AI for Medicine Research Group, focuses on the applications of artificial intelligence in the medical field, particularly for lung cancer screening.
16/03/2023 – Graduated with honors in Biomedical Engineering, presenting a thesis titled "Patient Stratification in Lung Cancer Screening using SmileGAN" (supervisor: Prof. Stefano Diciotti).
Since 01/04/2023 – Member of IEEE R8 - Italy Section, IEEE Young Professionals, and the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society. Secretary of the IEEE Student Branch at the University of Bologna - STB00151.
Since 01/01/2025 – Member of Minerva – Scientific Dissemination Association, where I give talks to introduce the public to the opportunities offered by Artificial Intelligence, both in everyday life and in the medical field. YouTube playlist available.
